Jared Forman leads the Data and Analytics organization at Career Karma, a job training marketplace and community helping people reskill and upskill to get a career in tech. His team empowers the company through analytics engineering, tooling, and data-driven operations and strategy execution.
Jared has a passion for scaling marketplace startups as demonstrated through his current work and past experiences at Thumbtack and Change.org. He has spanned a variety of roles over his career, from building fundamental infrastructure to shaping company processes and decision-making with data.
Jared has an MBA from Harvard Business School and holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from MIT in the fields of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.
