Fivetran integrates with dbt Core to power our transformations in your preferred cloud destination. dbt Core, by dbt Labs, is an open-source transformation tool that enables you to perform sophisticated data transformations in your destination using simple SQL statements.
During our hands-on lab, we’ll walk you through setting up transformations and show you how to:
- Integrate dbt Core with Fivetran
- Use version control and other advanced features with your transformations
- Run your first job using Fivetran pre-built data models to model your data
In order to participate in this lab, you must have a Fivetran account and complete prework (which will be sent to you when you register). Sign up for a 14-day free trial here. Please note: pre-work may take up to 2 hours to complete, so plan accordingly. Requirements and details will be shared ahead of time.
